This project challenged
me to design for specificity,
not generalization.
I’m not a person of color, and I don’t share the lived experience of the audiences this brand was created to serve. Because of that, I approached this project with a lot of care and research, focusing on listening, avoiding assumptions, and designing with specificity and respect.

It pushed me to think about what trust looks like in design, especially for people who are used to being overlooked in both product development and branding. ClaroBenz+ isn’t about big statements or aesthetic trends. It’s about designing something that fits into real routines, speaks clearly, and respects the people it’s meant to serve.

My goal wasn’t to speak for anyone, but to design in a way that makes space, using clear visual systems, thoughtful language, and grounded references that reflect real needs and values.
